Driving a truck across country for the past few years, we found that the times had begun to change around us.  The industry just wasn't the same.  After analyzing it, we began to clue in that the PEOPLE were changing.  Since the beginning of civilization there has ALWAYS been supply and demand.  As time goes on, so with it does the demand. As industry grows, so does the demand to feed it. 

Trucking has gone thru several changes over the last few years, and so has the supply of professionals that are needed to feed it.  What was once a simple matter of tossing things into the trailer and doing whatever it took to get the load there has changed also with things like CSA and the Feds stepping in.

So we started to notice a huge drop in the Age and availability of drivers out on the road these days.  As the Baby-boomers start to fade, a new generation must stand up to meet the challenge!  Enter the Generation X Truck driver!

As the demand and laws have changed, so too has the technology that drives it. Today you have Satellite Navigation. GPS positioning, Cell Phones, WIFI and the Internet all at your disposal.  Every now and then you break out a map or ask a local for some directions, but for the most part you have it covered.  So we decided it was time to take the next generation into the business! 

All of our trucks come with a standard " Home away from home" package including : GPS, Tablets, TV’s, Power, Super Comfy Foam bedding for a great night’s sleep, Ram mounts for all your phone and accessories. You get a choice between an Xbox, PlayStation, or Computer system onboard for over the road gaming, relaxation, and winding down after a day’s drive.  We believe the truck should have every possible comfort to support the Lifestyle that it is.

The distinction between a job and a career is VERY important.  A job is something you do for whatever short term motivating reason. A Career is something that is built upon a strong foundation and continues on for the rest of your life time. So if you’re looking for a job, this may not be for you. If you want a strong foundation with a lifelong career behind it, then this just may be it!

We have a few simple requests. First, you have to ask yourself, do I like getting paid to sleep? If the answer is yes then this may be more appealing.  We run TEAM Driven Trucks. Which means you go to sleep in California and wake up in Texas. It means constant changing scenery and new places. It also means being away from home for 3-4 weeks at a time.  It ALSO means guaranteed 4 Days HOMETIME! It’s also possible to put you thru your hometown on a load when we can.  As Owner Operators, we can ask to be home whenever the situation demands, but it’s difficult to make money when the truck isn't moving. So limiting the time spent home is key.  Not to mention with all the tech ON the truck you can keep in constant communication with things like Skype and Instant Messengers. It’s critical that these resources are used in a RESPONSIBLE manner. We ask these amenities are used appropriately while not in motion. 

There's no split miles or Algebra style math for getting paid.  You start at $500 a week, then 90 days after that it goes to $600. 90 days after that it goes to $700 and 90 days after that it goes to $800. And just keeps going.  We offer schooling and PAID training.  We have several branches once you hit the 12 month mark including, Refer, DryVan, Flatbed, and becoming an Owner Operator yourself!
